Dealing with employee issues can be time consuming and sometimes uncomfortable.   I provide expertise and guidance on conflict resolution, performance concerns and issues, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.  With my extensive experience in Employee Relations I will be your objective third party trusted advisor on employee matters to help management and employees resolve issues and concerns quickly with the mutual goal of a positive outcome while mitigating risk. 

How I can help:

  • Meet with management to discuss employee issues and concerns and advise them on proper handling of the situation.
  • Conduct investigations.
  • Evaluate if there are systemic issues that can be rectified (for example leadership development or policy clarification).
  • Provide performance improvement plans and performance warning templates.
  • Prepare other documentation as appropriate.
